The Sky High Romance package includes a private rooftop dinner on one of Santa Monica’s tallest buildings, the Ocean Tower. Sugartooth Tours, based in New York City, is offering local and visitors alike the opportunity to experience New York City in a new way on Valentine’s Day with the Sweeter than Sugar Valentine’s Dessert Tour.
