Burgess has announced that to tap into the market of adventurous travelers, it now offers some of the world’s most luxurious yachts for charter to far-flung points around the globe including Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, and the South Pacific.
The expanded offerings include luxe charters in spots such as the Maldives; the cruising grounds in Southeast Asia also popular for diving, with Thailand’s islands offering palaces, temples, and powder sand beaches; and for cruising, the untouched natural environment of Great Barrier Reef and Tropical Far North Queensland.
Various superyachts have been added to the Burgess Charter fleet.
TWIZZLE, measuring 57.5m (188.7ft), may be used for Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar's Southern Mergui Archipelago, and beyond. The entire main deck is for guests’ enjoyment, with a free-flow design and nearly invisible distinction between interior and exterior serving as indoor/outdoor living area. With a crew of 11, including a Michelin-star trained chef, Twizzle serves eight guests, accommodated in four suites.
UNBRIDLED, measuring 58.2m (191-ft), may be used for the South Pacific. It is capable of cruising up to 300 miles. The interior offers deluxe accommodation for 12 guests in six ensuite staterooms served by captain with a crew of 12, including a chef. South Pacific charters begin in May 2013.
SEQUEL P, measuring 54.7m (179.5ft), is for the Maldives and Thailand. She offers accommodations for 12 guests and an experienced crew that includes a chef as well as a trained masseuse for head-to-toe relaxation.
MAVERICK II, measuring 42.1m (138ft), is for Thailand and Southeast Asia. It has several indoor and outdoor lounges, dining areas, sun pads and deck chairs and an array of water toys along with entertainment. Accommodating eight guests in four staterooms, including a plush owner’s suite, it has a crew of seven.
