Capella Marigot Bay Resort and Marina in Saint Lucia has appointed Jeroen Quint as its new general manager. In his new position, Quint will oversee all aspects of hotel operations including staff development and training. Quint will also be responsible for developing new products and enhancements for the hotel and marina.
Quint comes to the position having worked as the general manager at Lough Eske Castle, a Solis Hotel and Spa. His career began at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cologne, Germany as F&B manager, before joining the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner in Washington D.C., as assistant director of food and beverage. He then went on to helm F&B operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach resort and then the Ritz-Carlton, Georgetown.
