If you’re looking to get away from the kitchen this Thanksgiving, consider taking the family to Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. Newly renovated suites have been redesigned to provide all the comforts of home, while holiday feasts will offer new twists on traditional favorites for guests spending the holiday at the resort.

Marriott Singer Island’s Suite Holidays by the Beach package give families accommodations in a newly renovated suite with a full kitchen, living room, private balcony and a washer and dryer for a two-night minimum stay. Guests can get into the holiday spirit with a cookie decorating welcome amenity received upon arrival, a $50 gift certificate to use at the resort’s SiSpa, Kids Club access for a half day for up to two children and a complimentary one day beach set up for two.

On Thanksgiving Day, guests and locals alike will indulge in a series of Thankful Feasts, prepared by the resort’s restaurant, 3800 Ocean, executive chef Gustavo Calderon. A Thanksgiving Breakfast Buffet will be made available to early rises, featuring an assortment of pastries, carving stations and seasonal favorites like spiced apple stuffed French toast, sweet potato chocolate chip pancakes and more. Breakfast will be served from 8-10:30 a.m.

Later in the day, a Thanksgiving Grand Brunch Buffet will offer guests a raw bar, ceviche and crudo selections, as well as soups, salads and hot entrees like slow braised short ribs, Florida prawn piccata, roasted turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, and maple bourbon glazed country ham. The brunch buffet will be served from 12-3 p.m.

For the grand finale, families will gather around a Thanksgiving Dinner Feast; a prix fixe menu including selections like yellowfin tuna tartar with mango-avocado salad; roasted pumpkin soup and seared scallops; chestnut and sour cherry stuffed turkey breast roulade; grilled filet of beef tenderloin; fennel-glazed salmon; and grilled chicken and duck ragout pappardelle.

After Thanksgiving dinner, Singer Island’s executive pastry chef Brittani Szczecina will prepare a pastry table filled with holiday deserts, so be sure to save some room.
