Celebrity Chef Weekend for Foodies at The Venetian Las Vegas

Fans of Chefs Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse or Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro -- or anyone interested in getting up close and personal with a celebrity chef -- may be interested in The Venetian Las Vegas' new "Ultimo, A Weekend of Excellence," from December 5-7. 

Guests will enjoy meals personally hosted and prepared by the three chefs, including The Grand Banquet, a French brunch with Daniel Boulud; a dine-around in the Palazzo Waterfall Atrium Gardens; and a Truffle Farewell Brunch.

The Grand Banquet - A family-style feast at one table that spans the Venetian Grand Colonnade, prepared by chefs Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse. Buddy Valastro will prepare the desserts, and wine pairings will be presented by top winemakers from all over the world.

Brunch with Daniel Boulud ­- Chef Daniel will host a French brunch at his new db Brasserie restaurant, which was recently named "Best New Fine Dining" by Vegas Seven magazine. Guests will load up on French-American classics and bubbly before heading out on one of four luxury experiences, that range from relaxing to thrilling.

Baking with the Boss -­ Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro will teach a private cake-baking class for guests. 

Additionally, guests will get a chance at private high-fashion shopping excursions, taking luxury cars for a spin on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and relaxation at Canyon Ranch SpaClub.
