The Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan will open this month after a massive renovation. The $200 million rebuild is highly anticipated and features some new highlights.
The Spa: The Vanderbilt Spa and Fitness Center will feature 10,000 square feet of space and 10 treatment rooms. Guests can indulge in hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and a Puerto Rico’s first Turkish bath.
The Cuisine: The popular 1919 restaurant will still be a focal point of the resort, but a new restaurant will also premiere. Chef Juan Jose Cuevas will run this new eatery. He earned a Michelin star for his work at Blue Hill in New York. This new restaurant will have a relaxed, casual feel, and it will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Atmosphere: The hotel will open two pools, surrounding the Suite Towers. The oceanfront hotel will also have beach areas for guests to lounge.
Standard room prices start from $350 and suite prices start from $650.
