Conrad Hotels & Resorts has announced plans for the new Conrad Shenzhen in China, top open in December 2019.
The 300 room property will be in the center of the developing Qianhai CBD in the city, which some have dubbed "China's Silicon Valley." The new hotel will be the center of a development project in the Horoy Qianhai Center, with expansive ocean views and proximity to nearby offices for business travelers.
Also planned are culinary options with both local and international tastes, plus 2,480 square meters of event space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.
