Crane Resorts is slated to open new luxury private residences in Barbados this December. The Crane Private Residences is a luxury gated residential community within The Crane. The first of The Crane Private Residences will give owners access to 16 condo-style units. Owners will have full use of the resort’s amenities.
The Private Residences will span over five acres and will comprise of five residential buildings. The units will come in two- and three-bedroom configurations. The condos will also include large kitchens, natural stone bathrooms with large soaker tubs and glass showers. There will also be private patios. The units on the ground floor each have a large private pool and views of the coast. The penthouse units will have private roof terraces, a dining gazebo and a swimming pool. The Crane Private Residences will also provide owners with underground parking and an elevator will lead directly into the foyer in each residence.
While on property, guests can use Crane Beach and dine at the five on-site gourmet restaurants, which serve a variety of local and international cuisine. Travelers can also use the Serenity Spa and kids can spend the day at the Calypso Kids Club.
Phase one of Private Residences is now sold out, but phase two is set for completion in December 2017.
