Crystal Cruises says it will expand its selection of shorter itineraries for guests in Europe beginning August 30. Travelers will be able to book Sunday to Sunday and seven-day cruises sailing throughout the Mediterranean and Baltic Sea, and Northern Europe now through March 2.
Edie Rodriguez, Crystal’s president, says the new departures and returns afford those with limited travel time the ability to enjoy a vacation without taking away from work and other commitments.
The Crystal Serenity will offer voyages to several destinations, including Venice, Barcelona, Naples, Rome and Florence.
The line’s other vessel, Crystal Symphony, sails an August 16 seven-day jaunt round-trip from Copenhagen, calling in Berlin/Warnemunde, Germany and Helsinki, Finland and overnighting in St. Petersburg, Russia.
