Copenhagen has set a new record for itself with 18 Michelin stars awarded to 15 restaurants in the city and its surroundings. The guide has also featured Denmark’s second largest city, Aarhus, in its ‘Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2015.’
The distinctions have highlighted the country’s position as the gastronomic mecca of the Nordic region. Starred restaurants featured in the upcoming guide include:
