A New Food Truck From Four Seasons Hotels

Four Seasons Los AngelesFirst the food truck concept jumped across the pond and made a splash in Paris. (Le Camion Qui Fume—“the smoking truck”—and Cantine California routinely attract lengthy queues in the City of Light.) And now—in another sign that the trend is more than a fleeting fancy – Four Seasons Hotels has announced the debut of its very own food truck. The FS Taste Truck will embark on an eight-week, eight-city adventure on September 16, hitting up locales in the western U.S. where Four Seasons has hotels.

Chefs from each of those individual properties will create the menus, which change depending on the city. (Like short rib quesadillas with Oaxaca cheese and spicy salsa from the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hill.) To find out the truck’s location, which changes daily, follow the Twitter hashtag #FSTasteTruck. The New York Times reports that if the voyage is successful, the FS Taste Truck will hit up more locations next year.
