The onboard menu was created by the Peninsula chefs and includes items like vegetable summer rolls; tandoori-spiced turkey wrap with quinoa and minted yogurt; crab salad on brioche with shaved fennel, crème fraîche and lemon thyme; plus pastries and fruit.
Starting last fall, the Princess 54 began cruises for up to 10 guests. It passes along the Bund, the city’s legendary waterfront quay, and provides scenic views of the towering skyscrapers of Pudong.
