Alain Ducasse and Wolfgang Puck Cook Together at Hotel Bel-Air

Calling all foodies. The Hotel Bel-Air, part of The Dorchester Collection, is bringing together two of the world’s best chefs for a special dinner in May. Alain Ducasse will be teaming up with Wolfgang Puck, who recently opened his eponymous restaurant at the Hotel Bel-Air. Ducasse is at the culinary helm of another stellar Dorchester Collection property: the Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris. His resto there has three Michelin stars.

Seatings for the five-course dinner are available from 6 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, May 11, and the dinner costs $190. With wine pairings, add $70. Call (310)- 909-1644 for reservations.
