Aspen's Food & Wine Classic Welcomes Top Hong Kong Chef

Aspen is gearing up to kick of the 30th Anniversary of its famed epicurean festival, the Food & Wine Classic, which will be held June 15-17. For those of you headed out to the festival, here's what you should keep your eye on:

We hear that the Hong Kong Tourism Board has enlisted the help of two-Michelin-starred Chief Chef Kam-Fu Cheng from Celebrity Cuisine in Hong Kong. Cheng brings with him over 30 years of culinary experience, having served as a private chef for local tycoons at private clubs and exclusive restaurants over his career.

Cheng's signature menu will include trio of goose, pork and tofu cooked in soy sauce; golden prawn with supreme sauce; baked oyster with supreme sauce and braised beef with turnip.

Hong Kong is home to over 11,000 restaurants and has a collected 80 Michelin Stars across the destination.
