On Cinco de Mayo weekend, Restaurant brand Bagatelle will host the Grand Opening of the new addition to its Las Vegas location, Bagatelle Beach, a Mediterranean-style pool club in the middle of the Vegas Strip. Bagatelle owners Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba along with The One Group are joining forces to bring Bagatelle’s Champagne Brunch to Las Vegas for the opening of the new outdoor Vegas destination. Bagatelle Beach will be open from 11AM to 6PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Bagatelle Brunch will be open on Saturdays starting at 11AM beginning on May 4, 2013.
Bagatelle Beach offers complimentary valet parking at its stand-alone entrance adjacent to the Tropicana. Its design is partially inspired by St. Tropez, with tropical foliage and white sand beach areas. Bagatelle Beach includes two pools, daybeds, poolside bottle service and dining. Executive Chef John Zamarchi will be serving poolside cuisine including appetizers ($14-$18), a variety of main dishes, sandwiches and salads ($12-$21), cocktails as well as frozen drinks ranging from $12-$14 and pitchers at $60-$75. Bagatelle Beach also features a raised 1,500 sq. foot stage that comes equipped with a 25’ x 9’ LED screen for live DJ sets and musical performances. Seating surrounding the perimeter of the facility’s outdoor concert venue can accommodate over 4,000 people. Other amenities include two regulation sand volleyball courts that can be transformed into a beach soccer field, and two full-service bars. For guests looking for VIP treatment, Bagatelle Beach offers 18 private cabanas complete with flat screen TVs, surround sound and mini fridges; the most exclusive of which includes its own private Jacuzzi.
Bagatelle Beach in Las Vegas will join its sister properties including Bagatelle LA in Los Angeles, Bagatelle St. Barth’s, Bagatelle Las Vegas, the recently opened Bagatelle Sao Paulo in Brazil, and its flagship location, Bagatelle New York. Future Bagatelle locations are currently in the planning stages in various locations including St. Tropez, Dubai, Miami and London, among others.
