We know you are all crying in your coffee knowing that National Pancake Month is about to come to a close. But breakfast buffs fear not. Edge Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Denver has created a new pancake menu that will debut tomorrow, March 1.
The scoop: Priced at $10 for two saucer-sized pancakes, the menu includes crunchy maple granola with blueberry creme fraiche; s'mores with chocolate chunks, toasted marshmallow fluff and bourbon syrup; hazlenut-raspberry, with homemade Nutella raspberry syrup; lemon ricotta, with mandarin marmalade, huckleberries and ginger syrup; and buttermilk pancakes with strawberry compote and maple syrup.
This bevy of breakfast beauties will be served at breakfast only every day during the month of March. The Weekend Brunch will feature a special pancake section.
