Baur au Lac Reopens Rive Gauche Terrasse

It's been a long winter, but finally spring is here. With it, Zurich's Baur au Lac has reopened the outdoor Rive Gauche Terrasse. We say the spot is perfect for sipping a Bellini before dinner at the hotel's Pavillon restaurant, or for a light meal (think chilled gazpacho or smoked Scottish salmon with creamy horseradish). Of course, people really go for—what else?—the people-watching and enjoying views of the adjacent Lake Zurich. Note: In late May, the Rive Gauche Terrasse will launch a special barbecue menu, with top-quality meats and Swiss specialties grilled outdoors.
