Normally, when we at Luxury Travel Advisor write about restaurants, we write about places like Le Bernardin and Le Cirque and other places that begin with a "le." But today, New York City-focused website Gothamist announced their selection of five restaurants that specialize in different kinds of Chinese dumplings, and our appetites were whetted. If you love authentic Chinese food and are looking for memorable meals, be prepared to trek out to the outer boroughs or down tiny sidestreets in Chinatown. But judging from these pictures, these dumplings will make for a wonderfully memorable culinary experience.
