When UNESCO added French cuisine to its World Heritage list, Les Grandes Tables du Monde and Relais & Chateaux threw a party to celebrate. They brought together 60 top chefs to cook up a feast at the Palace of Versailles last April (pictured). Fast forward one year later, and the Relais & Chateaux Grands Chefs will be converging on Gotham Hall in New York City for another culinary celebration, this time highlighting America’s exquisite produce. This NYC dinner is the second stop on the newly minted World Culinary Tour, with each stop supporting a charity.
Some 450 guests will get to taste dishes created by three Grands Chefs (like Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Christopher Kostow, and Daniel Boulud), paired with excellent Champagnes and wines (like Pommery Cuvées Louise).
