Provence continues to be one of the most sought after destinations for American travelers (with such dreamy landscapes and cuisine, it’s easy to see why!), and there’s a new luxury hotel to put on your radar. In the valley beneath Les Baux-de-Provence, one of the prettiest medieval villages in Europe, the Domaine de Manville is opening in June 2014 on a 100-acre estate that used to be a working farm.

The landscape is quintessential Provence: the property lies in the shadow of towering plane trees, surrounded by olive groves and herb gardens. For such a small hotel (30 elegant rooms), there are ample facilities.
