We hear the underground wine cellar at France's Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa has unveiled new tasting events designed by Head Sommelier Bernard Neveu. These wine-tasting events allow visitors to meet wine makers and discover the secrets of how wine is made.
This year the new events will be a Champagne tasting with Bollinger and Delamain House on September 30 and an evening of Languedoc with Domaine Terre Inconnue and Domaine Adeleandre on October 28. The wine tasting events are offered complimentary to members of the property's Les Canthares wine club and for $65 per person for non-members. Food and wine pairings can also be prepared with the help of Two-Michelin star head chef, Yannick Franques, for $280 per person.
