Foodies in Dubai, you'll want to head to the Palm next week: Hotelier Middle East is reporting that Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will prepare and host an "intimate" dinner at Nobu, Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai on Tuesday, April 16.
The tasting menu will include eight courses of "an eclectic selection of seafood and meat," we hear, including Wasabi Oysters, Lobster Kakiage prepared using a popular form of Japanese tempura, and Wagyu A9 marinated Umami style; a unique method which enhances a rich savory flavor also known as "the fifth taste." Bonus: Each course will be paired with sake.
Even better: Guests will be able to watch the master chef in action as he prepares and cooks the meal, and will even be able to talk with him in between courses.
