The FIAC contemporary art fair is one of the year highlights on the Paris art calendar. From October 18- 21, 2012, international art galleries take over the Grand Palais with themed exhibits, while monumental sculptures take center stage in the Jardin des Tuileries and the Jardin des Plantes.
This year, we hear that star chef Pierre Gagnaire—who’s quite an art collector—has devised a special FIAC lunch menu to celebrate some of his favorite artists like Cy Twombly and Daniel Buren.
