The holiday season is just around the corner, and the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago has unveiled a calendar of festive events to celebrate. Get in the yuletide spirit with Mistletoe Mixology at Allium, an All-American Restaurant & Bar. The eatery has teamed up with Death’s Door Spirits to offer cocktail classes on November 28 and December 5, 2012. For $100 per person, guests learn how to make seasonal drinks while munching on hors d’oeuvres by Executive Chef Kevin Hickey.
For the holidays, Allium will also be serving complimentary roasted chestnuts by the fireplace (November 23-December 30, 5-7 pm). Suggested pairing: hot chocolate or a Christmas cocktail like Hot Buttered Rum. For tea lovers, the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago also offers a holiday themed Afternoon Tea called “Coffee, Cake & Tea”; children can bring a toy to the “Children’s Chari’tea to donate to the hotel’s holiday toy drive.
