Heston Blumenthal’s Michelin three-starred resto in Bray is a destination in itself, and for those traveling to England for the holiday season, this Christmas feast—offered on Sunday, December 2, 9, and 16—is not to be missed.
The Telegraph reports that the menu will feature “never-before-seen Fat Duck dishes, including Christmas Tree; Savoury Lollies, in flavours called Mulled Wine Feast and Salmon Twister; Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh, which involves a jelly-like langoustine stock that is wrapped in gold leaf; Botrytis Cinerea with edible snow and more.” Price tag? £300 per person, not including beverages.
