Sucker for sushi? We hear the Andaz San Diego is the place to be. The so-Cal so-chic hotel has announced that it will launch restaurant Katsuya by S+ARCK in early 2012.
The restaurant will occupy an existing 6,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space and will become the hotel's signature restaurant, serving up traditional Japanese fare, sushi and a menu of Robata selections prepared over open flame. Cute touch: There will also be a kids menu.
