With mesmerizing views over Lake Lucerne and the Alps beyond, the restaurant terrace is a prime spot for appreciating Switzerland’s gorgeous scenery. New Chef de Cuisine Kersten Rishmeyer changes up the Mediterranean-inspired menu every week, sourcing local ingredients. With 16 GaultMillau points and one Michelin star, Jasper is one of the top restaurants in Lucerne.
