Driving Miss Daisy to Travel to London

Great news for theater fans in London: The recent Broadway revival of Alfred Uhry's Pulitzer Prize-winning Driving Miss Daisy will head across the pond to London with its original cast. Two-time Tony Award winner James Earl Jones (Hoke Coleburn), Tony and Oscar winner Vanessa Redgrave (Daisy Werthan) and four-time Tony Award winner Boyd Gaines (Boolie Werthan) will star in the revival at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre from September 26 through December 17, 2011, with an opening night scheduled for October 5. David Esbjornson will again direct.
