‘Epicurean Voyage to Health’ Sails in 2014 to South Pacific Ports of Call

For people who want to optimize their health but don't want to give up the magic of great food, both in the joy of preparing it and eating it, chef Nancy Banner has announced the launching of the “Epicurean Voyage to Health”.

The Epicurean Voyage to Health will leave New Zealand on March 11, 2014 and arrive in Tahiti 16 days later. This culinary cruise, the creation of Banner, will visit New Caledonia, Fiji, American Samoa, Samoa, and French Polynesia among its ports-of-call. It will feature a complete set of courses and one-on-one instruction in healthy cooking.

Registration closes on September 13.

Banner operates the Holistic Kitchen website. In the Epicurean Voyage to Health, she uses her many years as a personal chef for those with terminal or chronic illnesses to show everyone how to use healthy cooking to create dishes that contribute to good health and especially disease recovery while tasting excellent. The demonstrations on this culinary cruise will teach healthy cooking and food choices, focusing on a full range of raw and cooked dishes.

Banner holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. As a private chef to numerous chronically and critically ill patients, she teaches from her experience, creating meals with the aim of complimenting medical treatments.
