Exhibit of Diana, Princess of Wales Dresses Extends in London

Heads up, royalists and fashionistas! "Diana, Glimpses of a Modern Princess" has been extended until October 28 at Kensington Palace in London.

The display of dresses worn by Diana, Princess of Wales presents items which have never before been exhibited in the UK and explores elements of the Princess’ style from the early 1980s onward. The exhibit includes dresses by some of her favourite designers. Good to know: The exhibit will run alongside the other temporary installation “Jubilee – a view from the crowd” which ends October 31.

Fashion fans who miss this exhibit can take heart: A new installation introducing the story of Modern Royal Dress will open at Kensington Palace in 2013.
