If you have gourmet clients headed to London next weekend, tell them to head for the Foodies Festival at Battersea Park on July 29, 30 and 31 for what we hear will be "a celebration of fine food and drink and culinary talent." Michelin-starred and top chefs will be cooking live on stage in the Chefs Theatre, and visitors can shop for ingredients from local producers.
There will be plenty of tastings, signature recipes and seasonal cocktails available, and families are welcome (kids can even take their own master classes with chefs).
The festival will be open from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Good to know: If this weekend isn't good, the festival will move to Edinburgh's Holyrood Park from August 12 through 14, and to Oxford's South Parks from August 27 to 29.
