For a Limited Time: Day Passes at La Mamounia, Marrakech

If you’re traveling to Marrakech this month, and keen to catch a glimpse of La Mamounia in all its regal glory, consider taking advantage of the “Tender Winter Day Pass.” (That is- if you’re booked into another of the city’s splendid properties.) La Mamounia has long been a favorite destination for the world’s glitterati, and a decadent makeover by designer Jacques Garcia (unveiled in 2009) has only upped its luxe factor.

With the day pass at La Mamounia, Conde Nast Traveller (UK) suggests you “don your silk kaftan and float around itszellig-tiled domes and avenues of olive trees, Talitha Getty-style.” There’s a lavish spa to luxuriate in, fragrant gardens to explore, tiled courtyards to get lost in, tennis courts to play on, and a gorgeous pool to lounge by. Available until March 21, 2012, the “Tender Winter Day Pass” costs 1,500 dirhams ad includes lunch at either ‘Le Français by Jean-Pierre Vigato’ or ‘L’Italien by Don Alfonso’. You also get to choose a one-hour spa treatment- either the ‘Hammam Evasion’ or the signature ‘Massage Mamounia’
