Guests can opt for waterfront classics such as the Raw Bar menu and Slow Roasted Salmon, or the Japanese A-5 Wagyu Beef, Marcho Farm Veal Porterhouse and Chef Peter Eco's signature Dayboat Scallops. 

For breakfast, we say go with the Smoked Salmon Omelet or the Ricotta Griddlecakes with Berry Compote and Citrus Mascarpone.
