Forty 1° North Unveils Winter Menus


It's that time of year to throw caution to the wind and embrace that winter weight and tuck into some hearty fare.

In the spirit of the season, The Grill at Forty 1° North in New Port, Rhode Island, has unveiled new menus for winter. 

Guests can opt for waterfront classics such as the Raw Bar menu and Slow Roasted Salmon, or the Japanese A-5 Wagyu Beef, Marcho Farm Veal Porterhouse and Chef Peter Eco's signature Dayboat Scallops. 

For breakfast, we say go with the Smoked Salmon Omelet or the Ricotta Griddlecakes with Berry Compote and Citrus Mascarpone.
