Four Seasons Chicago Celebrates National Chicken Month

Did you know it's National Chicken Month? We didn't either…but we aren't complaining! We hear that Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is celebrating this festive occasion with an All-You-Can-Eat Fried Chicken Menu every Thursday.

Executive Chef Kevin Hickey (who honed his southern culinary skills at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta) shares some of his favorite Southern classics in a three-course menu.

We love the wedge salad with candied pecans and blue cheese, followed by a basket of buttermilk fried chicken, sweet corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and honey.
