Executive Chef Kevin Hickey (who honed his southern culinary skills at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta) shares some of his favorite Southern classics in a three-course menu.
We love the wedge salad with candied pecans and blue cheese, followed by a basket of buttermilk fried chicken, sweet corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and honey.
