Four Seasons Dublin Launches Tapas Menu

Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is tapping into tapas with its own take on the Spanish cuisine in a new menu option at ICE bar.

The culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is creating tapas with ingredients and influences from many different cultures and countries. Menu options range from traditional classics such as tortilla clasica and albondigas (meatballs in tomato sauce) to the must-try codorniz escabechada (escabeche of quail and leek with cured tomatoes) and rabo de toro (oxtail, potato foam and chocolate jus), among many others.

Good to know: The tapas are also available in the Lobby Lounge from Wednesday to Sunday in the month of March only.

Tapas will be served Thursday to Saturday from 5 to 10 pm at ICE bar; and Wednesday to Sunday from 5 to 10 pm in the Lobby Lounge throughout March.
