In more luxury hotel news from Four Seasons, the Toronto-based hospitality brand has announced a new property in Montreal. Slated to open in 2018, the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is a joint partnership between Four Seasons and Carbonleo, the Quebec-based property development and management company. With 163 guest rooms, the new-build hotel will be part of a luxury mixed-use development in the Golden Mile Square neighborhood. In the official press release, Carbonleo’s chair of the board noted how the project is contributing to the revitalization of this downtown area.
Facilities will include a destination spa, indoor pool, fitness center, three F&B outlets (including an outdoor terrace), and meeting and events venues. There will also be branded private residences. The hotel will be connected to Ogilvy’s department store, a historic landmark in Montreal.
Existing Four Seasons hotels and resorts in Canada include Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, and the flagship Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
