Four Seasons Prague to Get New Restaurant

COTTOCRUDO, a new Italian restaurant, bar and lounge is set to open in the Four Seasons Hotel Prague this February. Located by the Vltava River (and entered via Veleslavinova Street), the restaurant will showcase traditional and authentic Italian dishes with a modern touch.  

The restaurant will include a Crudo (or "raw") Bar as well as a cheese cave and wine cellar, a salami and prosciutto tower, pane e grissini freshly baked breads, and a cocktail bar. The menu will include Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including seafood, homemade pasta, choice meat cuts, and artisan products from the Piedmont and Tuscany regions of Italy.

The new urban space is the creation of EDG Interior Architecture + Design, with 142 seats in the dining room, lounge and bar, open for breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner daily.
