Grace Santorini Set to Unveil Major Renovation

Grace Santorini

When it reopens for the summer season on May 2, Grace Santorini will show off the results of a big makeover. Perched on a clifftop on the Greek island of Santorini, the luxury boutique hotel is wrapping up an extensive renovation which includes fully refurbished rooms. Contemporary in style, rooms will now be equipped with in-room bars with cocktail-making kits and luxurious bathrooms with rainshowers lined with mosaic tiled walls.

The hotel upgrade also includes a new Champagne and cocktail lounge called ‘363’ because of its location 363 meters above sea level, with impressive views of the caldera. The expanded culinary experience includes Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Spyros Agious at the Vassalti restaurant. Last but not least: the hotel has added a new yoga/Pilates studio and a fitness area stocked with Technogym equipment. Yoga sessions will be offered twice daily on a complimentary basis for guests.

Looking ahead to 2017: Grace Santorini will open a new, full-service spa and two new suites with private plunge pools and terraces.
