Grilled Glam: Four Seasons Chicago's Gourmet Grilled Cheese

It's nice to be fancy, but sometimes it's the childhood comforts that bring the best kind of luxury. Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is putting a twist on a classic favorite to bring it up to the five-star level.

We hear that Executive Chef Kevin Hickey is sharing creative twists on grilled cheese this month and pairing his concoctions with lovely libations. Mom never made grilled cheese like that!

The sandwiches can be enjoyed for $7 each, or paired with drinks for $12. The menu is available from August 19 to 31.
