Hacienda Petac Merida Opens New Casa Ramon Property

Casa RamonHacienda Petac, located 30 minutes from Merida, Mexico, is opening the Casa Ramon, a 3,000 square foot casita with two master bedrooms and adjoining living room/home theater. The owners of the property also have plans to add an annex in the original wing.

"As with the rest of the Hacienda, we believe that the greatest purpose of any building is to bring families and friends together," says owner Dev Stern. "That’s why the plans for this annex with two master suites, also included an irresistibly inviting terrace and a state-of-the-art entertainment salon big enough to host a group for movie night."

Casa Ramon is built near an original henequinera theatre. Inside guests will find their way to a living room and entertainment salon. The living room opens on to a large terrace where guests can host parties or weddings.

The property also provides two bedrooms with one king and one double queen bed. Each has a private bath with showers and tubs.

In addition, Hacienda Petac now has seven guest rooms located in four buildings surrounding the main house. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but there are no televisions or telephones for those who want silence.

Price per night (four night minimum) for 1-4 guests is $1,200; $1,500 for 5-7 guests; $1,800 for 8-10 guests; and $2,000 for 11-14 guests. Rates include exclusive use of Hacienda for guests only, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, full service staff, on-site manager/concierge, 16 percent government tax, daily laundry, nightly turn down,  bath amenities, use of private spa and gym, one round-trip Merida Airport transfer, one Merida city tour, and one evening of music with Los Tres Yucatecos (included with seven-night rental only). Additional 3 percent government tax, excursions, spa treatments, alcohol and gratuities are not included.
