Haerlin Restaurant's Head Chef Earns Second Michelin Star

Two is always better than one, we like to say, and we think head chef de cuisine Christoph Rueffer of The Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Germany will agree. Word has it that the property's Haerlin Restaurant has been awarded its second Michelin star.

Rueffer, who has also secured the restaurant 17 Gault Millau points, serves high-class French cuisine, using only fresh market and seasonal produce. He has been chef de cuisine at the property since 2002.

The restaurant debuted a new look this fall, combining classic elegance with modern flare, similar to Rueffer's cuisine.
