Hotel Buzz: InterContinental Singapore Unveils Room Renovation

Looking for the next fresh look? We hear InterContinental Singapore has opened its newly revamped shophouse guest rooms and suites.

The hotel has given the 65 shophouse rooms and suites a major makeover to highlight Singapore's 17th-century Peranakan heritage. Room amenities include a Bose wave music system and an array of media connections including HDMI, USB, Internet data connection and PC link inputs, all of which connect to the 46-inch LED TV. An iPhone and iPod-compatible docking station, designer bath fittings and luxury bedding round out the experience.
