Beijing is in for a shot of luxury this weekend with the debut of Shangri-La and Resorts' Kerry Hotel. This marks the completion of the first phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation, rebranding Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel, Beijing as Kerry Hotel, Beijing.
We hear the property has new facilities, amenities and services such as Club rooms and suites, a Club lounge, reconfigured lobby and grand ballroom and is introducing two new dining outlets: Kerry's Kitchen and Kerry's Pantry. In addition, the hotel's iconic Centro bar and lounge has been redesigned for a fresh clean look and added an outdoor bistro-style terrace.
Kerry's Kitchen will serve up Asian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with wines, sake, beer and the rAsian-style beverages. Kerry's Pantry will be a gourmet deli for salads, sandwiches and desserts.
The newly renovated Club rooms and suites offer 40-inch LED TVs, Bose SoundDocks, DVD players and more.
