Hotel Buzz: Turks and Caicos to Welcome Barefoot Boutique

Turks and Caicos is going barefoot boutique this autumn with the debut of Beach House Turks and Caicos, a 21-suite property with the firm belief in, "No Socks Allowed."

Beach House Turks and Caicos' grand opening will be in October, directly on the shore of Grace Bay. The full renovation of the two-acre property and plantation-style structure began May 21.

Guest suites start at 1,150-square-feet. Nice touch: Each suite will feature a "Pampering Pod," which will provide guests with a sense of "home on the beach" as well as serve as a hideaway for relaxation or dining.

Epicureans can look forward to a wine cellar and bar area, along with a poolside restaurant.
