InterContinental Danang Debuts Haute French Restaurant

Francophiles already know to call Vietnam a home away from home, but we think that they will love the addition of La Maison 1888, part of the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.

Featuring cuisine by the first three-star Michelin Chef in Vietnam, Michael Roux, the restaurant is serving up haute French cuisine (think pan-fried lobster medallions with white port sauce and ginger flavored vegetable julienne and grilled tender rabbit fillets on a celeriac fondant).

La Maison 1888 sits in a French colonial building on the resort grounds. It is home to Buffalo Bar and a terrace lounge, as well.
