Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Opens in Abu Dhabi

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers opened its doors on November 1, 2011, marking the company’s entry into the rapidly developing capital of the United Arab Emirates, which just snagged host status for the World Travel and Tourism Council’s 2013 Global Summit.

The property offers 382 guestrooms and suites, 199 residences, 12 restaurants, bars and lounges, the Talise Spa and one of the largest conference centers in Abu Dhabi. The property is furnished in a modern contemporary design, with photographic art works depicting life in Abu Dhabi during the 1960s from the private collection of His Highness Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.

The new property is in the Ras Al Akhdar area of Abu Dhabi, close to the central business district and ministry compounds and offering views of the city’s Corniche, skyline and coastline. The 12 on-property restaurants, bars and lounges include signature attractions Li Beirut and Quest, which offer modern Lebanese and Asian cuisine, respectively. The Talise Spa will boast fully contained treatment suites, Turkish hammam and Rasoul treatments.
