JW Marriott Opens in Hanoi

JW Marriott Hanoi

Travelers to southeast Asia now have another luxury hotel option in the Vietnamese capital. JW Marriott Hanoi recently opened its doors next to the National Convention Center in the city’s new central business district. Designed as a “reverse skyscraper” by the Carlos Zapata Studio, the hotel—evocative of a dragon—caters to a business clientele with some of the city’s best conference and event space including 17 meeting rooms and two Ballrooms.

The hotel itself encompasses 800,000 square feet, and has 450 guest rooms (including 56 suites), a spa, and six F&B outlets. Restaurant options at the JW Marriott Hanoi range from international cuisine at the French Grill to Cantonese specialties at The Chinese Palace. Antidote is the chic lounge serving up cocktails and a DJ-spun soundtrack. After Bengaluru and New Delhi, this is the third JW Marriott brand hotel to open in Asia within the last two months.
