Kauai's Hanalei Bay Resort Expands Tennis Program

Hanalei Bay Resort, a beachfront resort on the north shore of Kauai, has announced a new partnership with Peter Burwash International (PBI) for operation of its tennis program as of August 1.

The tennis facility has eight tiered hard courts on a bluff that overlook Hanalei Bay. The retreat in the super-swank Princeville community has condo hotel rooms as well as studios and full one-, two- and three-bedroom condo suites. What we love: the tropical gardens with plumeria trees and orchids that surround the three-story accommodations and an open-air lobby that overlooks Bali Hai Mountain.

In conjunction with the agreement, PBI announced the appointment of Corley Ward as its director of tennis for Hanalei Bay Resort. For the past three years, Ward headed the tennis program at Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu’s north shore.

Hanalei Bay Resort is located at 5380 Honoiki Rd in Princeville. Visit www.hanaleibayresort.com for more information.
