La Reserve Paris

One of the year’s most highly anticipated hotels will debut in Paris on Monday, January 19. La Réserve Paris is the ultra-luxury urban hideaway from Michel Reybier, the hotelier behind La Réserve hotels in Geneva and Ramatuelle. As fans of La Réserve’s sumptuous apartments in Paris, we’ve been keeping a close eye on the hotel’s development.

Located at 42 avenue Gabriel between Avenue Montaigne and Rue du Faubourg St-Honoré in the 8th arrondissement, the hotel will have 26 suites (with individual wine cellars), 14 rooms, and 10 apartments—all decorated by designer extraordinaire Jacques Garcia.

The project required two years’ construction work, with 250 tons of marble and more than 19,000 feet of fabric for the drapes. There will be a real focus on hospitality and personalized service, as La Réserve aims to welcome guests as if they were arriving at a fashionable friend’s urban mansion.

For such a small hotel, the facilities are quite expansive- from a spa offering Nescens treatments and 16-meter indoor swimming pool to a smoking room and a restaurant serving seasonal French cuisine from Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel.
