Langham London Designs Meals for British Airways A380 Flights

Langham LondonTravelers between L.A. and London are in for a treat. Not only has British Airways inaugurated its first A380 aircraft, flying the route between southern California and the British capital, but the airline tapped The Langham, London to design the menu for First and Club World passengers.

This is the first time that British Airways has served a five-course tasting menu in First Class, and the mouthwatering dishes include poached lobster, chicken tea, seared scallops and braised pork belly, made with unique ingredients like goji berries and pak choi. Not only that, but Afternoon Tea in First Class promises tempting pastries and scones inspired by what’s served at the Langham’s Palm Court, the legendary home of the Afternoon Tea tradition.

The Club World menu is also indulgent, and features fine British ingredients in menu items like Oxspring cured ham and the fillet of beef with parsley crust. This partnership between Langham and British Airways is especially fitting because Langham has properties in both London and Los Angeles. For more information, visit london.langhamhotels.co.uk.
